Day of management
When you choose this package, you are choosing to be all in for the planning process but want to relax and enjoy all the fun and romance the day of. We are here to help you do just that.
the day of management package includes
~Wedding coordinator for 8 hours on the day of wedding. Additional time can be added as needed.
~A Timeline explaining all the details of the day. This includes copies for all vendors and faculty.
~Practice!! Coordinator will attend rehearsal the day before to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
~No need to worry. We will be there behind the scenes the whole day making sure the ceremony runs smoothly and everything is just as you dreamed it would ever be!
~We will communicate with any vendors day of to make sure everything runs as smooth as it can. Your Vendors can coordinate with us on any updates and confirmations that need to be made.
~You will have unlimited email communication starting 70 days out from wedding date.
~You will have one free consultation along with 3 additional meetings, these meetings can be done over video call or in person with add ons available.
PARTIAL PLANNING
You still want to be a part of the process but need more help and have a lot of questions and ideas you want to share? Well then, this one is for you! With this plan we will go over all the details with you making sure nothing is left out.
tHE pARTIAL PLANNING pACKAGE iNCLUDES
~ Everything in Day of Managment Package.
~ Unlimited email communication starting 120 days out from your wedding day to answer any questions and give all the advice and guidance you need.
~ Vendor recommendations and contact info to make sure you get exactly what you want.
~ Venue walk through can be done any time between 80-20 days before wedding.
~ Custom timeline printed and delivered to all vendors, family, and wedding party desired to ensure the whole wedding day runs smoothly.
~ Final schedule check with all vendors one week, and one day before the wedding.
~ Rehearsal coordination to make sure all family members and bridal party know exactly where to be and when and what to do.
~ Complete supervision and coordinating for rehearsal and day of wedding to make sure all runs smooth.
~ Distribution of tips and final payment to all vendors
~ Complete guidance and open communication throughout the whole process!!
~ 6 more additional personal hours that can be added on for any of the planning, touring venues, meeting with vendors etc.
Rehearsal And Ceremony Coordination
This package is for the person who wants to do it all themselves except the actual wedding. With this package we will be there for you for the wedding and leave the planning to you!
Rehersal and Ceremony Coordination includes
~ Two consultations. The first being our free one to get some feels on what you are wanting, the second to iron out the details and finalize it all.
~Directing the Ceremony, letting you know when to walk, when to stop, and keeping you on time.
~ Rehearsal coordination to make sure all family members and bridal party know exactly where to be and when and what to do.
~ Coordinator arriving one hour before ceremony to make sure everything runs smoothly.
